Green Cove Springs Downtown Master Plan

The City of Green Cove Springs is the historic Clay County seat, located on the banks of the St. Johns River in Northeast Florida. Construction of the new First Coast Expressway will provide a new connection between I-95 and I-10 and is projected to usher in a new era of substantial growth for the City, bringing with it a wealth of new opportunities for Green Cove Springs and its Downtown. The project commenced with an interactive project website to garner public input and support as well as provide project updates. Additionally, Inspire hosted a week-long charrette, including workshops/presentations and targeted stakeholder engagement. The final deliverables included a new brand/logo and a Final Plan featuring 3D graphics that provided a clear and compelling visualization of a revitalized Downtown.
